Cinch Filter Benefit

Customers enrolled in an Appliance or Complete Home plan may take advantage of a Filter Benefit handled by FilterJoy (previously known as Filter Snap).
This benefit covers their first HVAC filter order on the FilterJoy website up to $25.

Details

  1. Customers should expect the free-trial FilterJoy email within 30 days of Cinch receiving the first warranty premium payment.

  2. All customer support inquiries and escalations related to filter purchases through the FilterJoy website will be handled via email (help@filterjoy.com). 
If the customer is unable to purchase a filter through the FilterJoy website they may purchase a Refrigerator Water or HVAC filter and send the receipt into support services for reimbursement up to $25.
