Cinch Filter Benefit

Customers enrolled in an Appliance or Complete Home plan may take advantage of a Filter Benefit handled by FilterJoy.
This benefit covers their first HVAC filter order on the FilterJoy website up to $25.

Details

  1. Customers should expect the free-trial FilterJoy email within 30 days of Cinch receiving the first warranty premium payment.
    1. Direct the customer to their email to follow the $25 credit link where they will select the size of quantity of filters to purchase.
    2. If customer states email is unavailable direct to the following URL: filterjoy.store/discount/CINCH to follow the Filter process and receive their $25 benefit. 
  2. All customer support inquiries and escalations related to filter purchases through the FilterJoy website will be handled via email (help@filterjoy.com).
