Bring Your Own Pro is a new, separate home warranty plan, that is in addition to our traditional Real Estate products.
Just like a traditional home warranty, Bring Your Own Pro helps cover the cost to repair or replace the appliances and systems homeowners use every day. But, with Bring Your Own Pro, homeowners choose ANY licensed service pro to get the job done!
The Bring Your Own Pro model has grown in popularity and interest over the last few years, particularly in rural areas not supported by a strong home warranty service provider network, as well as for experienced homeowners who want the flexibility and control to choose the service pro they want to fix their issue.

Coverage, Caps, and Limits
Like all service plans, limitations apply. There are coverage limits per item as well as limits based on the type of repair/replacement.
The reimbursement amount for covered repairs/replacements is based on industry standard install labor hours and our determination of fair market labor, equipment, and/or parts.
Non-Covered Charges may apply.
BYOP has lower caps due to higher cost associated with paying retail rates for labor, repair, parts and replacements and to mitigate the risk of lacking diagnostic details from the service pro.
