Call Explanation

“You recently requested service for your <Item>.

Due to the limited availability of <Cinch/Sears> Service Providers in your area you have been approved to take advantage of our Alternate Provider Option.

This allows you to select any licensed and insured local service company of your choice to ensure your service is handled in a timely manner.

I have sent detailed instructions, including reimbursement guidelines, to the e-mail address on file. Please look for an email from supportingdocuments@cinchhs.com with the subject line “Important update regarding your home warranty service request.”

I can also review the instructions with you now if you would like.”

If NO:

  1. Continue to Deductible Reimbursement

If YES:

  1. Read APO Customer Instructions
